The Role in Brief:

Two Ocean Education Partners is looking for a bright, talented, and motivated individual to join our digital marketing campaign management team on-site in Richmond’s Scott’s Addition.

This is a perfect position for someone early in their career.

You will be a significant contributor to a fast-growing, education technology and marketing company. You will also have the unique benefit of joining a mission-driven collaborative team of experienced professionals on the ground level.

The Campaign Specialist is a critical member of the Campaign Management team. You will manage the execution of performance marketing campaigns on behalf of our college and university partners.

You will partner closely with account management, project management and operations teams to take data-informed strategies and turn them into marketing campaigns that support our clients’ enrollment objectives

Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute a high volume of Email, SMS and digital marketing campaigns across multiple clients, efficiently and accurately.
  • Perform daily email marketing tasks including email calendar management and campaign set-up, designing, scheduling and testing.
  • Process audience acquisitions from Higher Education focused list providers.
  • Maintain scalable marketing automation processes that use leading practices for project and campaign management.
  • Ensure data standards are applied to marketing automation processes.
  • Monitor campaign performance and email deliverability metrics; keeping team members updated on results.
  • Contribute to the Two Ocean Education Partners product roadmap and subsequent development.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or certification.
  • 0-3 years of experience.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative team-oriented environment.
  • Desire to cross-train in other areas to grow skills and career.
  • Critical thinker who is curious and asks the right questions to get to the best solution.
  • Detailed, detailed, detailed. Highly organized with proven ability to effectively multi-task.
  • Impressive written and oral communication skills.
  • Desire to innovate, relishes being flexible, and has the desire to grow and adapt daily.
  • Willingness to learn and experience different technologies.
